2D artist

Name's Andreea, I'm currently working as a freelancer artist and have a Game Design BA from Sheridan College; I specialize in 2D and stylized/semi-realistic artwork, love making characters, and am continually expanding my skills and growing as a person and artist! I am also a Game Designer as well.I've been drawing since I was young, have been doing freelance work for the past 7+ years, and have 2 years of experience in the game industry as a designer.

Illustrations

My illustrations are often character centric, and I love working with bright colours and line thickness! Some of the artwork here are commissions I have made for others as well. My portfolio on VGen (where I host my commissions) has more examples!

Character Designs

I adore making characters and designing them; I enjoy emphasis on distinct colours and shapes and making characters shine without being overtly complex.

Game Art

Artwork for either personal projects, or previous work done on other projects; I am flexible in working with different styles and enjoy mimicking them if it falls within my skill range.

About me

Programs I am proficient in: Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Figma, Unity.I'm a pretty chill person who soaks in video games as a hobby (and jobby!), and inhales two-hour-long YouTube documentaries for my own enjoyment in the grand place of Ontario, Canada (European though by blood).Learning about new things is quite fun for me, so amidst game design and my own freelance art / website template making, I've also dabbled in making VTuber 3D models, video editing, creative and collaborative writing, working in RPG Maker and Ren'py, CSS/HTML tinkering, and writing my own spreadsheets for fun and to make tasks easier. I also have C# knowledge to be able to code in Unity for prototyping, and I am learning Unreal as well!
